2.Here's an idea. Put a toilet seat around your neck and go as "Congresses Approval Rating."
3. Last year my kids went trunk or treating wearing Jammies and Insect antennae. They were bed bugs.
4. My daughter's costume this year is a gift-wrapped box with head and arm holes. She wrote the word "Spirit" on the front. She's a spiritual gift.
